Arnel Pineda is Arnel Pineda is a Filipino music producer and singer who came to the limelight in the Philippines in the 1890s, and internationally in 2007 as the new lead singer of the American rock group Journey. Arnel is 54 years old as of 2021. He was born Arnel Campaner Pineda, on the 5th of September 1967 in Tondo, Manila, Philippines. His birthday is celebrated on the 5th of September each year. His father who was in debt for six months and incapable of meeting the needs of his family decided to request his relatives to adopt Arnel. Arnel has three siblings: Roderick Pineda, Joselito Pineda and Russmon Pineda. Seeing the condition, Arnel quit school and began working to relieve his father's burden. Arnel was for two years on the streets, sleeping where the best he could in parks that were open to the public or a narrow bench outside a friend's crowded house. He was a salesman for glass bottles, newspapers, and scrap metals to recyclers. Arnel also did odd jobs like cleaning scrap metal and docked ships. Arnel is married to Cherry Pineda. The couple got married in 2001. were married. They have two children together The couple has a daughter (Theachenelle Pineda), and a boy (Cherub). Arnel also has two older sons: Matthew and Angelo.
